What do you need from me on the day?
A safe, flat space, your bike and trainer (plus small parts), a nearby power supply, Wi-Fi access and your phone/tablet/PC for pairing.
Will you fit the right cassette and adapters?
Yes, we confirm freehub (HG/XD/XDR) and speed (11/12), plus QR or 12×142/148 thru-axle adapters before the visit.
Do you do firmware updates and calibration?
Yes. Firmware updates, spindowns (as applicable) and app/device pairing are a standard part of our service.
Can you help reduce noise and vibration?
We’ll advise on fans, mats, desks, rocker plates and tyre/wheel choices (for wheel-on) and placement to keep things quieter.
