Prompt response to online request, & repair booking made. Sheng the technician arrived on time & was courteous & professional, checking about the cause of the damage & whether the rider suffered any injury. He performed the repair in his moblie workshop, along with full check of the bike, tightening nuts & bolts & lube to bike chain. All good. Would recommend this company.

Stu came out to repair my husband Neal's bike. From booking the home visit to the repair being completed was an easy and stress free experience.
Stu had extensive knowledge and was able to diagnose the issues very quickly. The parts were ordered and arrived the following day and Stu returned to finish the work.

That was actually super useful and amazing service. Really what I needed to be honest, trying taking a bike that has two punctures to the bike shop...sooo these guys really pulled through and it was affordable as well. So keep it up guys

Stu serviced my bike and was fantastic throughout. Very knowledgeable, explained everything in lehmans terms, identified other faults and quoted reasonably for the repairs. Highly recommend and I am confident that my road bike is now in good condition for the remainder of the year.

Domex experience from first booking, to needing to speak to the team has been super and offering repair to fit my budget.
They went above and beyond!
Honestly, I can only see myself using them in future as it made the whole process super simple even to payment (Apple Pay) at the end of the service.

The service provided by Sheng was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He examined the bike, told me what needed doing, did nothing which was unnecessary, and did everything with great skill, efficiency and friendliness. The result is a bike which runs like new and I would thoroughly recommend both him and Domex Bikes.

The communication with Domex was very straightforward and Sheng did a fantastic job servicing my trike, making it road safe again. I'm happy I've found a company willing to take on the e-trike which many high street outlets wouldn't touch.

Did a good job fixing a puncture/replacing a tyre. Nice IT keeps you updated on appointment times, receipts etc. Had to wait a while to get an appointment (and they postponed the first one). Not cheap. But overall seems a good outfit.

Excellent service from Stu at Domex. It was incredibly convenient that they came to the house to repair the bike, so I can ride the bike as long as possible without having to leave it in a shop for a week or even a day. Great price, great knowledge and Stu even shared some ride routes with me.

They were very efficient, explained exactly what they were going to do, asked permission before adding something extra to the bill as the gear was out of line, pumped up both bikes, gave them a once over, all in their own van, payment was over their hand held terminal and it was done, definitely will use them again.

Adam arrived at my house an hour after I contacted Domex. He not only mended my puncture very quickly, but he also reinforced the tyre where it had been punctured, and checked the bike over with his expert eye. He was very friendly and pleasant.

Adam and Paul arrived as requested and completed the job in the estimated time mentioned. The job required repairing the breaks of my daughters balance bike and the new build of a Raleigh BMX bike. Reasonably priced service and the mechanic was prompt, polite and helpfully identified a couple of other tweaks required that I’d missed when originally making the booking.
I got a call an hour before the mechanics arrival, he sorted the job needed quickly and cleanly and offered some additional sound advice.
I will be using again and would happily recommend Domex bike repairs/servicing to others.

The service was absolutely brilliant. My partner and I have had our e bikes for 8 years and tried several companies for service over that period. Domex was excellent. We really liked having the service at our home where we could talk directly to Adam who carried out the service, ask questions and understand what was being done and the reason behind it, rather than receiving an anonymous invoice.

Paul, who serviced my bike was great.He listened carefully to the issues I had with it and diagnosed the problem straight away. He was friendly and easy to talk to and repaired and serviced the bike with care. I will use his skills again when the brakes need attention.

Wow what can I say. I am extremely and overwhelmed by the service I received especially Lewis. He was courteous ,professional and friendly. Once he returned my bike, sparkling and clean I thought he swapped it for a brand new bike. He actually went beyond what I paid for. First time using a mobile bike mechanic and definitely won't be the last. Adam provided a first rate service, turned up as scheduled with a professional and friendly demeanor, no job was too small. Adam serviced my carbon road bike and swapped out some parts and now the bike looks and feels like new ! Pricing was similar to a bike shop however the convenience of not having to wait 2 to 4 weeks to be booked in, the time/hassle saved from not having to drop off and pickup and having your bike worked on by skilled mechanics means it's a no brainer. Give Domex a try !

Adam was a superstar. Stopped in at the Queen Stage and he sorted rear brake issue for me and showed me how to keep on top of future maintenance. Did a quick check around the bikes spotted a few other bits, and showed how to sort these too. Genuinely old school service

First class service of my road and gravel bike. Lewis was very approachable, informative and above all doesn’t do anything not strictly necessary - despite this being my first experience of Domex, I immediately knew this wouldn’t be the ‘hard sell’ and engendered a trust similar to local mechanics from your indie bike shop (no longer an option in our area). Convenient too - the van operates as both a parts store as well as a mobile workshop. Will use again - thanks gents.
