    You can call us and one of our back office bike enthusiasts will help you choose and schedule a repair/service. 

    We allocate 15 mins for our Minor repair, 30 mins for our Standard repair and 45 mins for our Major one. 

    Go to our booking form where in step 2 you’ll see your options, recommended service for your needs and prices. If you’d prefer to speak to us or the form is not working, just call us. 

    Yes, we do. However, we only work on e-bikes that are legal to be on the UK roads.

    We warrant our repairs for a period of 28 days against faulty workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear. This warranty covers repairs but does not extend to parts, which will have their own manufacturer’s warranty of usually 12 months. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper use of the bicycle is not covered under warranty.
