As a Domex Bikes mechanic, you’ll travel to customers’ locations: at their home, office or anywhere their bicycle, ebike or cargobike may be located. On site, you will then diagnose their specific bike problem and provide a professional solution and fix using your fully equipped van and tools. After a job well done, you’re ready to head to the next location and solve e-bike problems that customers need help with, professionally and efficiently.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Cytech level 2 or higher qualification preferred / Equivalent qualification will be considered
- Excellent knowledge of the cycle industry with e-bike experience preferred
- At least 1 year’s experience in a professional workshop environment
- Full UK manual driver’s licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can-do attitude and problem-solving mentality
- Ability to follow established procedures and practices
- A strong commitment to health and safety guidelines
