Sheng is a mobile bike mechanic at Domex Bikes, carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics at customers’ homes and workplaces across London and Surrey. He works on standard bikes and eBikes, helping riders stay on the road with practical, reliable repairs completed on-site wherever possible.
Sheng holds a Cytech Level 2 qualification — the UK cycling industry’s recognised competency standard — and continues to build his hands-on experience across a wide range of bicycle types and repairs. His focus is straightforward: get the bike working correctly, explain what was done, and leave the customer confident in their ride.
